 Magnesium Injection Molding
Magnesium PartMagnesium injection molding (MAG) employs a thixotropic molding process, which combines the best of plastic injection molding with die-casting. This up and coming environmentally friendly process produces components with attributes including superb quality, high repeatability, dimensional precision, and design flexibility.

As one of the oldest MAG operations in North America, and with a dedicated facility occupying over 55,000 square feet, Phillips Plastics’ team of committed experts ensure customers receive the expertise they’ve come to know for the design through development of the most complex programs. And today, through technology and equipment advances the Company has made, magnesium is enhancing the quality and aesthetics for product in all markets.
