Metal Injection Molding PartsPhillips Plastics’ metal injection molding (MIM) capabilities create molded, metal components ranging in size from as small as 0.013 to 0.375 grams with as-sintered tolerances within 0.003 to 0.005 inches per-inch (0.3-0.5%). The Company offers a state-of-the-art facility combined with over 40 years injection molding experience and technical resources specializing in this capability.

The Company’s commitment to and years of experience with the MIM process has created a foundation to support high and low volume programs. An experienced staff skilled in designing for MIM, combined with extensive knowledge gained by molding a variety of materials, makes Phillips a trusted and dependable source.
