Novare Surgical partnered with Phillips Plastics for the design and manufacture of metal injection molded jaws to be used for the Novare RealHand High Dexterity (HD) Instrumentation, a device for minimally invasive “hidden scar” surgical techniques.“ We chose Phillips Plastics because of their expertise with metal injection molding (MIM) surgical jaws. Plus, they’re a class shop, so they care very much about quality,” says Dave Danitz, Vice President, R&D, Novare Surgical.
