Phillips Plastics Corporation to Start The Process of Changing Name to Phillips-Medisize Corporation
Hudson, WI, - February 6, 2012 - Phillips-Medisize Corporation
Phillips Plastics Corporation today announced that they have started the process of changing their company name to Phillips-Medisize Corporation. This name change is the result of the company’s acquisition of Medisize, Inc. last August.
Commenting on the name change, Phillips-Medisize President and CEO Matt Jennings said, “This name change represents the culmination of much hard work by the employees of both the Phillips Plastics and Medisize enterprises.” Continuing, Jennings said, “The new name will take full advantage of the wonderful franchises that both these companies have built over the last 30 plus years. We will work with our customers, regulatory agencies and suppliers over the ensuing months to effectively execute this name change.”
As a result of this change, the company’s new domain site will be phillipsmedisize.com however, the company will continue to operate both medisize.com and phillipsplastics.com domain sites for the foreseeable future.
